This is a female Breton face with slider information so you can try to duplicate or use it as a basis for your own character. She's one of my attempts to recreate a Gabrielle Benele face.
She uses the BBBJ Waifu Body, which is basically all you can do to mitigate any unreasonable shrinkage of body and limbs from wearing armour. Note that this has a subtle effect on the face, so if you change the body type, keep an eye on how the face changes as well.
