Notice the very last row: We need to give up one garden plot in order to have the access lanes.
We recommend you do this here and leave your smaller Garden Plot completely full. If you need to reach the inaccessible plots there, you can move the last row center plot a bit to make a 2x2 space where you can temporarily swap something over from the Garden Plot.

You can instead block off row four entirely with plants you are not going to need to access for most of the season, such as flowers you are keeping to make honey. Then when you are about to change the season, collect all your flowers and jigsaw things together for the next season.
Once you have the Greenhouse, however, you might want to plant your seasonal plants there so you don't have to worry about the seasons at all, and only have the all-season trees in the Garden Plot and Vegetable Patch.
