In Duet Night Abyss (DNA) you can visit the Lunoeggy vendor in Icelake and look behind him on the ground for a sparkle. Each day, you can pick up an item, which could be a Toy Hammer (speeds up crafting) or a D10 Die (for Influence checks and the Influence store) or possibly other things!
A trashcan with a sparkle (slides 2 and 3) also means you can loot it for some item, usually just something that can be sold for Coin, or maybe some Coins.
