New World - How to fix Orbs for accessing Expeditions

Expedition access Orbs can be wasted in a variety of ways such as server instability / disconnections, and players griefing / trolling to sabotage a run. Further, they encourage players to buy illicit RMT gold so that they can buy access to Expeditions.

Instead of an item to access the Expedition, change the system by making the Orbs a type of key to unlock the special treasure from an Expedition.
  • All Expeditions are free to walk in either solo or in premade groups.
    • No Orb required. You can do so as many times as you like.
    • This encourages players to do Expeditions and also help each other to them since there is no up front cost.
    • This also encourages players to challenge themselves against Expeditions, without the risk of an up-front entry fee.
  • Expeditions, including all bosses inside, drop treasure that is no better than an overland Elite Zone -- which currently can be repeatedly done with the caveat that the special Elite Chest can only be looted once per day.
  • A successful run of an Expedition also gives a special "Expedition Spoils Box", e.g., "Amrine Spoils".
    • The total number of boxes available per run is based on a full team. Less players in the team means the excess will be randomly distributed. For example, if a five-person Expedition is completed by two persons, both receive two boxes and one box is randomly distributed to one of them.
    • This Spoils Box has special treasure and drops that are currently given by Expeditions.
  • In order to open that special Spoils Box, players need a key. Everyone needs to get their own key to open their own box.
    • The Spoils Key can be exactly the same as a Tuning Orb. For example to open an Amrine Spoils Box, you need an Amrine Tuning Orb.
    • Each Orb can be used many times. If the Expedition is rated for a team of five, then the Tuning Orb can be used five times -- i.e., to open five Spoils Boxes.
