This is a female Nord face with slider information so you can try to duplicate or use it as a basis for your own character. She uses the BBBJ Waifu Body, which is basically all you can do to mitigate any unreasonable shrinkage of body and limbs from wearing armour.
Note that using the maximized Large body type typically has a subtle effect on the face (especially the chin) but Nords have a tendency toward rounder faces and seem to be affected much more. It is very easy to end up with a wide potato face unless you play around with the Jaw and Chin sliders.
